Super beds in the rooms. Tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator were a plus. There's royal garden restaurant within 10 minutes walk or so, appreciated their menu.

Quiet hotel, very clean rooms, staff is FRIENDLY. Climate control, a flat-screen TV and a safe were a very nice touch. Kandawgyi Lake district definitely deserves exploring.
